Format

Below is simple explanation of what you see on the main page of this blog.

Example:

CF.com WOD

"Ralph"
Four rounds for time of:
250 pound Deadlift, 8 reps
16 Burpees
15 foot Rope climb, 3 ascents
Run 600 meters

Globo WOD

Four rounds for time of:
250 pound Deadlift, 8 reps

1 mile treadmill run. 5% incline"



In the above example the workout above the dashed line under "CF.com WOD" is the source workout taken from the front page of www.crossfit.com.  The workout below the dashed line under "Globo WOD" is my variation of the crossfit.com workout modified to be performed in a standard gym without access to CrossFit specific equipment.  The idea is NOT for you to perform both of these workouts.  The idea is to show the original source workout for reference so that you can compare it to the modified globo gym workout that I provide.
