Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats
Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

Globo WOD:
There are no changes to this workout. This is an easy one to accomplish in a commercial gym because the only piece of equipment that you have to monopolize is a pull up bar.
